The Savolskis - Wasik - Glenn Funeral Home held its annual Holiday Memorial Service on Sunday, November 27, 2011 at St. John the Baptist Cathedral in Munhall.  Thank you to the more than 250 people who attended the service.

Dottie Wasik was master of ceremoies and readings were offered by funeral directors Wayne Collins, Paul Urban and Alisha Guckes.  Dave Wasik and Michael Perovich read the names of loved ones who were remembered at the years service.  Fr. Nick Mastrangelo and Rev. Fr. Robert Buczak gave reflections on dealing with grief during the holidays.  Jeanie Pass Werner offered the music and solos and the wives of the funeral directors, Donna Perovich, Sonia Collins, Stephanie Urban, Dorothy Savolskis and Lulu Glenn helped to distribute the angel ornaments.

We understand that the loss of a loved one can bring back special memories of joy and feelings of sadness during the holiday season.  It is our sincere wish that through God's tender healing touch, Christmases yet to come will be filled with laughter and joy.  Our prayer for you, is that God will continue to sustain you, and hold you in His loving care this holiday season and through out the coming year.
