My fondest memory of my Uncle Al was how he would take his family camping regulary. I felt it was a demonstration of his love for them...to be close with them. I also loved hearing my dad and his brothers talk about their awesome cooking ( Lischner Eggs! ). I seriously believed they should have opened a restaurant together!
