Sonny then spent 30 years as Chief of Security at West Mifflin Area High School where his famous, “I heard that!” could be heard on a daily basis. Whether it was at home, at work, at a party, or on one of the many trips that he liked to take to the beach, Sonny always found a way to make a joke or to give one of his famous hugs to those he met. He always left an impression by simply being himself and treating people the right way. Sonny was a member of the Thompson Club and AMVETS Post # 8. Everyone will miss his smile and boisterous laugh.
