James "Jim" C. Stone

Of West Mifflin, on September 6, 2017, age 80.  Beloved husband of 58 years to Peg Stone (Veslany); loving father of Pam (Sheldon) Miller and the late James W. “Jim” Stone; devoted grandfather “Pap” of Madison; brother of the late Max (late Jean) Stone and the late Mary Catherine (husband, Dan, survives) Wingert; also survived by nieces, nephews, many close friends and Sadi, his grand dog.  Jim was a Navy veteran, an active member of Resurrection Church and the Treasurer for the West Mifflin Lions.  Friends received Savolskis-Wasik-Glenn Funeral Home, Inc., 3501 Main Street, Munhall, Friday 2 to 9 pm.  Funeral Mass, Saturday, 10:30 am, Resurrection Church, West Mifflin.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia Society or McKeesport Hospital Cancer Center.
