Of Munhall, on November 15, 2018, age 70. Beloved wife of 55 years to William Bowen, Jr.; mother of Terry (Peg) Bowen, Darla (Bruce) Kazmierczak, and William (Tracy) Bowen; sister of Barbara (Mike) Bozik; grandmother of Krystina, Connor, Matthew, Adam and Mackenzie; also survived by former daughter-in-law Barbara Bowen. Charlotte was a member of Whitaker United Methodist Church. Friends received Savolskis-Wasik-Glenn Funeral Home, Inc., 3501 Main Street, Munhall, Sunday 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 pm where a Funeral Service will be held Monday at 11:00 am.
