Duane J. Norton

Of West Mifflin, on December 10, 2017, age 90.  Beloved husband of 57 years of Kathryn (Doyle) Norton; father of David (Carol) Norton and Dennis (Patrick Bannister) Norton; grandfather of Amy (Andrew) and Julie.  Duane was a Veteran of the Navy serving in WWII, he retired from US Steel Irvin Works as an accounting clerk after 42 years of service and was also an administrative assistant to Senator Belan.   He was very active in his community and was a proud lifelong referee and organizer for WPIAL and PIAA sports organizations. Family and friends will be received at the SAVOLSKIS-WASIK-GLENN FUNERAL HOME INC., 3501 Main Street, Munhall on Friday 3-8 PM.  A Committal Service will be Saturday, 12 noon at Lebanon Church Cemetery, West Mifflin.  Everyone please meet at the cemetery.
