Joseph Paul Hess

Of Liberty Borough, formerly of Whitaker, on May 29, 2018, age 81.  Son of the late Joseph and Susan (Heidel) Hess; beloved husband of 57 years of Lois (Felix) Hess; father of Paul (Tracey) Hess, Craig (Jill) Hess and Patti (Rodney) Naccarato; brother of Hazel (Ron) Cotyk; grandfather of Adam Hess, Dylan Hess, Austin Hess, Amanda Naccarato, Jenna Hess and Tiffany Naccarato.  Joseph was a graduate of Robert Morris University and a retired systems analyst with Mine Safety Appliances.  He was also a former member of the Army Reserves and a Whitaker Fireman.  Family and friends will be received at the SAVOLSKIS-WASIK-GLENN FUNERAL HOME INC., 3501 Main Street, Munhall on Friday 2-4 and 6-8 PM.  A Funeral Mass will be Saturday, 10 AM at St. Rita Church, Munhall. Memorial contributions may be made to the Whitaker Fire Hall or St. Jude's Childrens Hospital.
