Of West Mifflin, on August 4, 2017, age 73.  Beloved husband of 54 years to JoAnn (Turocy) Vargo; father of Mark Edward (fiancée, Andrea Sadowski) Vargo and the late Michael Joseph Vargo; brother of Stephen Vargo; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.  Silk was an avid bowler and golfer.  Friends received Savolskis-Wasik-Glenn Funeral Home, Inc., 3501 Main Street, Munhall, Sunday and Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm.  Funeral Mass Tuesday, 10:00 am, Holy Trinity Church, West Mifflin.
