William C. Harvey

Of West Mifflin, on November 11, 2018, age 89.  Son of the late Andrew and Barbara (Hutchison) Harvey; beloved husband of 61 years of the late Emma (Pesta) Harvey; father of Lois (Michael) Maranowski, William A. (Diane) Harvey and the late Scott Harvey; brother of the late Jessie (late Melville) Wylie; grandfather of Gregory Maranowski; uncle of John (Joan) Wylie; also survived by other nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.  William was a Veteran of the Army serving during the Korean Conflict.  He was a head bank teller for PNC Bank and retired after 35 years of service.  He was a longtime member and active volunteer at St. Elias Church.  He was also a member of the VFW Post 914 and an avid golfer and bowler with the Thompson Club and St. John leagues.  Family and friends will be received at the SAVOLSKIS-WASIK-GLENN FUNERAL HOME INC., 3501 Main Street, Munhall on Wednesday 7-9 PM and Thursday 2-4 and 6-9 PM.  A Panachida Service will be Thursday at 7 PM.  A Funeral Service will be held Friday, 10 AM at St. Elias Byzantine Church, Munhall.
