Anna A. (Geddis) Ascencio

Anna A. Ascencio, of Munhall, peacefully passed away while surrounded by her loving family on October 10, 2025, at the age of 81.

She was the beloved wife of 65 years of Jesse Ascencio; loving mother of James (Virginia) Ascencio, and the late Mark Ascencio and Deborah A. Schellman; adoring grandmother of Anthony, Jesse, and Amanda Ascencio, Eric and Gina Schellman, and Lynette Olson Pugliano; great-grandmother of 8; daughter of the late James and Jane (Watchey) Geddis; sister of the late Robert Geddis and Gloria Jean Ciccone; also survived by special nephew, Paul Ciccone; and beloved dog, Rex.

Anna was an avid BINGO player who spent 50 years working at the Braddock BINGO hall. She loved her pets and cherished her family unconditionally.

Family and friends will be received on Monday, October 13, 5-8 PM at the SAVOLSKIS-WASIK-GLENN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3501 Main Street, Munhall, PA 15120, where a Blessing Service will be held on Tuesday, October 14, at 11 AM. Interment will follow at the Homestead Cemetery, Munhall.
