Barry C. Newkirk, Sr., of West Mifflin, passed away unexpectedly on January 30, 2025, at the age of 74.
He was the beloved longtime partner of Marylou Volkman; loving father of Barry C. (Kelly) Newkirk, Jr., Melissa (Jerry) Price, and Jennifer (Tony) Escherich; cherished grandfather of Kyle (Cynthia) and Hannah Price, Michael (Alyssa) and Emma Escherich, and Aubri Newkirk; great-grandfather of Beau Price; son of the late Ralph and Dorothy (Ayres) Newkirk; and brother of Bruce (Donna) and Jimmy (Bonnie) Newkirk; also survived by generations of nieces and nephews, members of Marylou's family, and his faithful dog, Daisy.
Barry was a firearms enthusiast, enjoyed woodworking, and always looked forward to taking long rides on his Harley.
