Bernadette P. "Berni" (Perrotta) Karpieniak

Bernadette (Perrotta) Karpieniak, of Munhall, passed away on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at the age of 68. Beloved wife of 33 1/2 years of Ron Karpieniak.  Daughter of  the late Philip and Millie (Algera) Perrotta. Sister of the late Kathy Fry and the late Angela Summerfield. Daughter-in-law of Loretta and the late Joseph Karpieniak, Sr. Sister-in-law of Joseph (Joan) Karpieniak, Jr. Also survived by 5 nieces, 2 nephews, 2 great nieces and a great nephew. 

Berni was the owner of Pamper Yourself Day Spa in Munhall. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Duquesne University. She was also a former employee of Sprint and Litel and was also a former executive salesperson with Tupperware. Berni enjoyed bowling, going to the casino and playing Trivial Pursuit. 

Friends received Thursday, August 18 from 2 - 8 PM at the Savolskis-Wasik-Glenn Funeral Home, Inc., 3501 Main St., Munhall, PA. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 19, 10 AM, at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church of St. Thomas the Apostle Parish, Homestead. Entombment New St. Joseph Cemetery, N. Versailles.
