Bernadette (Gudukas) Peterson

Bernadette Peterson, of Munhall, passed away peacefully on January 24, 2025, at the age of 90. She was the beloved wife of the late Francis J. Peterson; loving mother of Allyn (Mick) Gallagher, Frances (John) Dzujko, Karen Peterson (Richard Martin), and the late Sherrie Umbaugh; grandmother of Joseph (Jodee) Coyle, Nichole Umbaugh, RaeLyn Dzujko, and Sydnie and Marcus Martin; great-grandmother of 7; great-great-grandmother of 2; daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Dimsa) Gudukas; and sister of the late Alda Gudukas. Bernadette worked for the Steel Valley School District for 35 years. She loved traveling and walking around her neighborhood. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, January 28, 3-7 PM, at the SAVOLSKIS-WASIK-GLENN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3501 Main Street, Munhall, PA 15120, where a Funeral Service will take place at 6 PM.
