Betty L. (Fox) Wintruba

Betty L. (Fox) Wintruba, 92, of Munhall, passed away on July 5, 2024 after a brief illness. 

Born November 17, 1931 in Braddock, she was the daughter of Russel and Loretta Schilling Fox. Preceded by her husband, James E. Wintruba, she is survived by her three children, Jacqueline (Roger) Erickson of Mississippi, James Wintruba of West Mifflin, and William (Suzanne) Wintruba of Munhall. She was very proud of her three grandchildren, Paul Wintruba, Jamie (Nate) Morgan, and Kaitlyn Wintruba. Sister of Nancy Dicken (CA), Raymond Fox (SC), Donald Fox (WV), Paul (Karen) Fox (WV), Carol (James) Cole (PA), and the late Eleanore Bidell.

Betty loved to cook, bake, and crochet. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Library of Accessible Media of PA, which supplies audible books that she enjoyed listening to after being diagnosed with macular degeneration. 

Family and friends will be received on Sunday, July 7, 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Savolskis-Wasik-Glenn Funeral Home, Inc., 3501 Main Street, Munhall, PA 15120. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, July 8, 10 AM, at the St. Therese of Lisieux Church of the St. Thomas the Apostle Parish, Munhall. Interment will follow at  Jefferson Memorial Park, Pleasant Hills.
