Christina D. (Ruscak) Pohuly

Christina D. Pohuly, of Munhall, passed away peacefully at home on March 18, 2026, at the age of 77.

She was the beloved wife of 52 years of Daniel Pohuly; loving mother of Anna Pohuly, Sarah (Sarah) Pohuly, Ruth Pohuly, Lara (Scott) Urquhart, and the late Frances Pohuly; adoring Grammy of Josiah, Cole, Lydia, Max, Elijah, Elle, and Tessa; daughter of the late Frank J. and Dorothy (Seman) Ruscak; sister of Philip Ruscak, Rosanne (Jim) Gauss, and Mark (Sandy) Ruscak; also survived by generations of nieces and nephews.

Christina was a former organist for St. Anne and St. Maximilian Kolbe Churches, Homestead, and was a dedicated teacher at St. Anne School. As a talented calligrapher, she made many beautiful pieces that will be cherished forever.

Family and friends will be held on Monday, March 23, 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the SAVOLSKIS-WASIK-GLENN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3501 Main Street, Munhall, PA 15120. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 10 AM, at the St. Agnes Church of the St. Thomas the Apostle Parish, West Mifflin. Interment will follow at St. Mary Magdalene Cemetery, Munhall.
