Dolores B. (Oglenski) Goda

Dolores B. Goda, of Lincoln Place, was welcomed home by her beloved late husband of 58 wonderfully wedded years, Michael Goda, on November 24, 2023, at the age of 92. 

She was the loving mother of Patricia (Joseph) Donahoe and Robert (Judith) Goda; adoring Mema of Lauren, Christina, and Elizabeth Donahoe, Daniel (Taryn) Goda, and the late Joseph Goda; great-grandmother of Harlow Goda; daughter of the late Walter and Rose (Pendel) Oglenski; and sister of the late Leonard, John, and Walter Oglenski, Helen Ball, and Wanda Delmastro.

She is also survived by generations of nieces and nephews; extra special sisters-in-law; and cherished family friend, Barb.

We are so thankful for all the daily support by family and friends to whom special thanks is extended for their help in allowing Dolores to comfortably remain at home for all these years throughout her illness.

The family also extends their gratitude to the countless caregivers that helped Dolores, especially Cindy, Katherine, Kim, Gina, Angela, Nikala, and Maddy. 

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, November 29, 9-10 AM, at the SAVOLSKIS-WASIK-GLENN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3501 Main Street, Munhall, PA 15120. A Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 AM at the Holy Angels Church of the Blessed Trinity Parish, Hays. Interment will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Pittsburgh. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Dolores' name to Toys for Pittsburgh Tikes (toysforpittsburghtikes.com/).
