Donald Francis McCallister

Age 81, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, October 30^th, surrounded by his loving family.   A gentle man, adored by all that knew him, Don is survived by the love of his life, his wife of 60 years, Susanne, and his loving children; Eddie (Dawn) M^cCallister, Diane (Randy) Zilko, Sharon M^cCallister, and Shawn (Beth) M^cCallister.  Also survived by his greatest pride, the people who call him “Pappy”, his grandchildren; Christopher (Ashley) Hahn, Brandon (Brystol) M^cCallister, Katelyn (Dustin) Hess, Cory (Danielle) Hahn, Brian M^cCallister, Briana (Cullen) Bugel, Courtney Ross, Ashley (Brian) Szabo, Brooke McCallister, Ryan McCallister, 11 great grandchildren, and 2 more on the way.   Traditions were important and his family was everything. He never missed a sporting event that his kids, grandkids, and great grandkids participated in. He loved God, Conneaut Lake, a day at the races, and Sunday family dinners. We will forever hold him close in our hearts. His was a life well lived. Your work is done here sweet man, rest easy.   Family and friends will be received at the SAVOLSKIS-WASIK-GLENN FUNERAL HOME INC., 3501 Main Street, Munhall on Sunday 6-8 PM and Monday 2-8 PM.  A Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, 10 AM at St. Therese Church, St. Thomas the Apostle Parish.  Everyone please meet at church.
