Dorothy Savolskis (Prokopovitsh), of Munhall, was welcomed by her late husband, Albert J. Savolskis, into the warm embrace of our Lord Jesus on September 12, 2021, at the age of 101. Preceded in death by her Parents Joseph and Anna Prokopovitsh.  Dorothy and her late husband of 68 years raised four devoted daughters, Nancy (Jack) Funa, Dotty (Dave) Wasik, Lulu (Late William) Glenn, and Susan (Russ) Wonsock. She was the proud grandmother of 15 grandchildren, 45 Great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren.

Friends received at Savolskis-Wasik-Glenn Funeral Home, 3501 Main St. Munhall on Monday from 2PM – 8 PM.  A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 14th, 10AM at St. Therese Church, St. Thomas the Apostle Parish, Munhall.  Internment to follow at Calvary Cemetery.

Dorothy was the matriarch and pillar of the Savolskis family. Her 101 years were filled with devotion to her family and friends.  Being an only child, Dorothy has a legacy of 72 descendants. She enjoyed playing cards, bowling, golfing, and dancing at the Met House. She was an active member of the A.A.R.P. and a devoted member of St. Thomas the Apostle Parish.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Tres Islas Orphanage Fund and Agape International Missions.
