Of West Mifflin, on June 18, 2020, age 90. Beloved husband of 62 years of Diana (Matesic) Bakosh; son of the late Julius and Mary (Bodnar) Bakosh; loving father of Sandy Bakosh (Sherlock) and Darlene Brindle; brother of the late Joe (late Eleanor) Bakosh; grandfather of Matthew (Nicole) Brindle and Sydney Sherlock; also survived by three great grandchildren and extended family and friends. Edward was Veteran of the Army serving during the Korean War and worked at US Steel Homestead Works as a machinist. Edward was the founder and owner of Skyview Pools in West Mifflin. It started out as a small family owned business in 1965 and it grew it into a staple in the community, which is still thriving today. He was a longtime member of Skyview Firehall #4 as well as a member of Holy Angels Church where he served as an usher. He was known and loved by many and he will be missed by all who knew him. Family and Friends will be received at the Savolskis-Wasik-Glenn Funeral Home, Inc., 3501 Main St., Munhall on Wednesday from 3 PM until 8 PM where a Blessing Service will be held at 7:30 PM.
