Edward Joseph Pavucsko

Edward J. Pavucsko, of Evans City, passed away while surrounded by his loving family on October 11, 2024, at the age of 56. He was the beloved husband of Rachel (Lasko) Pavucsko; loving father of Brandon, Amber, Cameron, and Jackson; son of the late Edward and Vivian (Jones) Pavucsko; and brother of Gregory and the late Debra Pavucsko.

Ed was a family man. His love for his wife and children was evident in everything he did.  As an engineer, Ed was passionate about his work. His career at Westinghouse took him to many places, and he embraced the opportunity to explore the world.  But he wasn’t just an engineer in the workplace—he was one at home too. Whether it was fixing something around the house or tackling a new project, his ability to make things work, both literally and figuratively, was nothing short of remarkable.  He also had a love for food. Ed was an incredible cook who delighted in trying new recipes and sharing meals with those he loved.  Above all, Ed had a heart that was full of generosity and kindness. He was always ready to lend a helping hand, offer advice, or share a laugh. His presence made any room brighter, and his absence leaves a hole in our lives.  He will be deeply missed, but will forever remain in our hearts.
