Ella M. "Ellie" (Irwin) Connelly-Dobos

Ella M. Connelly-Dobos, of West Mifflin, passed away surrounded by her loving family on August 10, 2025, at the age of 92.

She was the beloved wife of Joel Dobos and the late John Connelly; loving mother of Michelle (Edward) Gross and the late Danette (David survives) Woody; grandmother of Kristy (Jeffrey) Brancolini, Scott Gross, Michael Jurczak, and Sarah Woody; great-grandmother of Shea, Luca, Hadley, Finley, Cooper, and Brooks; daughter of the late Thomas and Mae (McDowell) Irwin; sister of Milton Irwin and the late Mary Elizabeth Wilhelm and Thomas Irwin; also survived by generations of nieces and nephews.

Ellie was a member of the Thompson Club and AARP 3172.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 13, 2-6 PM at the SAVOLSKIS-WASIK-GLENN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3501 Main Street, Munhall, PA 15120. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, August 14, 10 AM, at the St. Agnes Church of the St. Thomas the Apostle Parish, West Mifflin. Everyone please meet at church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Thomas the Apostle Parish, 363 W. 11th Avenue, Homestead, PA 15120.
