Esther M. (Jones) Derry

On January 22, 2023, God called upon Esther M. Derry, of Munhall, to rejoin her husband of 46 years, the late Regis A. Derry, at the age of 84. She was the beloved mother of Anthony Derry, Regis A. (Patricia) Derry, Robin Segina, Deb (Dave) Tilves, and David (Tricia) Derry; loving Grammie of Jacqueline Derry, Katie Bisutti, Curtis Tilves, Shane Tilves, Brendan Derry, William Derry, Hannah Williams, Thomas Derry, Arli Tilves, Allicia Laychak, Adam Riley, and the late Hope Derry, Patrick Derry, and Allison Derry; great-grandmother of 16; daughter of the late Patrick and Agnes (Roche) Jones; sister of the late Patsy Nicolette, Eileen Brown, Mary Jones, Paddy Jones, and Billy Jones.

Esther was a member of the St. Therese Church choir, Brierly Heights Women's Club,  a former Girl and Boy Scouts leader and a hospice volunteer. She was formerly employed by Westinghouse Bettis, Serra Manor, and the Medicine Shoppe in Munhall.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, January 25, 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the SAVOLSKIS-WASIK-GLENN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3501 Main Street, Munhall. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, January 26, at 10 AM in St. Therese of Lisieux Church of the St. Thomas the Apostle Parish, Munhall.
