BILLA, FLORA MERCEDES (FUENTES) of Munhall, originally from Santiago, Chile on October 17, 2020. Age 84. Daughter of the late Manuel and Mercedes (Banda) Fuentes. Beloved wife of 56 years to Carlos Billa. Loving mother of Enrique, Andres (Monica) and Roberto Billa. Dear Nona of Gabriella, Danielle, Christopher, Luke and Landon. Former mother-in-law of Heather Halaburka. Flora was known for her compassion, her friendly nature and good sense of humor. Friends received Savolskis-Wasik-Glenn Funeral Home, Inc., 3501 Main St., Munhall, PA on Tuesday, October 20 from 6 - 8 PM where a Blessing Service will be held at 6:30 PM.
