Genevieve T. (Connolly) Mihalycso

Genevieve T. Mihalycso, of West Mifflin, passed away peacefully while surrounded by her loving family on September 21, 2023, at the age of 95.

She was the beloved wife of the late John C. Mihalycso; loving mother of Tammy (John) Law and Christine (James) Galvin; adoring grandmother of Jennifer (Brandon) Rohall, Jessica (Brent) Richardson, and Brian (Melissa) Galvin; doting great-grandmother of Maverick Rohall, Jordan Richardson, Callie Galvin, and 3 others on the way; daughter of the late Stuart and Julia (Gordon) Connolly; sister of the late Dorothy George, Mary Monaghan, Lois Twigg, and JoAnne Murphy; and cherished "Nan" to the many children she helped to nurture and care for throughout her lifetime. She is also survived by generations of nieces, nephews, and special family friends from the Spirnak, Funa, Glenn, and Yanichko families.

Genevieve was a devoted member and parishioner of the St. Therese of Lisieux Church of the St. Thomas the Apostle Parish where she taught CCD, and was a member of the Bradley Heights Womens Club.

Family and friends will be received on Monday, September 25, 2-6 PM, at the SAVOLSKIS-WASIK-GLENN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3501 Main Street, Munhall, PA 15120. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 26, 10 AM, at the St. Therese of Lisieux Church of the St. Thomas the Apostle Parish, Munhall. Genevieve will join her beloved husband, John, in eternal rest at Jefferson Memorial Park, Pittsburgh.
