George Nedelkov of Aliquippa, formerly of Homestead, fell asleep in the Lord on July 31, 2020 aged 92. Born in Bulgaria, George escaped to the U.S.A. when he was 23 years old. A devout Orthodox Christian. George dedicated his life to the Church and to the American Carpatho-Russian Orthodox Diocese. George was a talented artist who traveled painting churches and restoring Icons in Orthodox and Byzantine Catholic churches nationwide. He was a well loved and caring person who made friends everywhere he went and will be missed by many.  Friends received Wednesday August 5th, 2020 at St Nicholas Carpatho-Russian Orthodox Church, 903 Anne St. Homestead PA, from 9AM until 10AM where a Funeral Service will be held at 10AM. Interment following at St. Nicholas Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Nicholas Carpatho-Russian Orthodox Church. Eternal Memory! Vicnaja Jemu Pamjat!
