Of Pittsburgh, on December 14, 2023, age 70. She was the daughter of the late George and Wanda (Palen) Estok; sister of Donald (Carol) Estok and Gregory (Carol) Estok; aunt of Joshua, Matthew, and Sarah; great aunt of Oliver Dean; long time dear friend of Fr. Dan Sweeney. Jeanne was a teacher with over 40 years of service for the Hopewell School District and Beaver Valley Intermediate Unit. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in the Arts from Edinboro University and a Master’s Degree in Education from Duquesne University. She was the past president of the St. Titus Church Christian Mothers for many years, and a long-time volunteer in many church and kitchen functions for the St. Thomas the Apostle Parish. Jeanne was a proud member of the Appalachia program for many years and had a wonderful devotion to the Blessed Mother. She enjoyed her annual trips to Disney World, looking forward to seeing her favorites, Tinkerbell and the Little Mermaid. Family and friends will be received at the SAVOLSKIS-WASIK-GLENN FUNERAL HOME INC., 3501 Main Street, on Sunday December 17th from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday December 18th at 10 AM at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, St. Thomas the Apostle Parish, Homestead. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Appalachia Work Camp C/O St. Maximilian Kolbe Church 363 West 11th Avenue Homestead, PA 15120.
