Haley Elizabeth Reber

Haley Elizabeth Reber, age 23, passed away surrounded by family on September 21st, 2024, after a tragic and brief battle with MoyaMoya Disease.

She was the beloved daughter of Angela Reber and the late Sean Reber; beautiful granddaughter to Linda Hoffman; loving fiancé of 5 years to Torrey Thomas; cherished sister to Kristina (Raymond) Miller and Cory (Victoria) Lemasters; amazing Aunt to Kalie, Karter, Kiera and Riliegh; Fur Mom to her rescue cats, Bristol and Bubba. She was a very special girl to her very own Angels on earth-  Mike, Carol, Sue, and the rest of the Reiner family. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Haley was a 2019 graduate of Keystone Oaks High School. She worked as a Certified Pharmacy Tech at Walgreens and as a server at Southern Tier; she was a devoted and hardworking woman. She was an avid Nascar fan who looked forward to attending the Daytona 500 each year, camping and making unforgettable friends along the way. Haley loved concerts, especially the spontaneous ones her fiancé was able to “sneak” them into after a long shift serving.

Any opportunity to travel and make memories she was up for. She most recently traveled to Tennessee for CMA Fest and by a miracle Nashville will forever hold her heart. To know Haley was to love her, big brown eyes and a button nose, small but mighty, fearless and feisty, a mouth like a truck driver yet a heart like a saint, an open book, a helper, someone you can count on whom passed no judgment. She had a sense of humor like no other and you can be sure any conversation with her was animated because she was “Italian,” and her hands let you know it. Don’t let the Italian part fool you, she still had a profound love for chicken tenders and French fries! Her perfection and beauty shined in every way.

Selfless can best describe her, and because of that she was an Organ Donor. While her presence may no longer be with us, her life will live on through others. Her family would like to thank UPMC Mercy 8th floor ICU staff and Core for the impeccable care and compassion through out Haley's stay.

Family and friends will be received Thursday, September 26, from 3 PM until the time of a Blessing Service at 6:30 PM, at the SAVOLSKIS-WASIK-GLENN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3501 Main Street, Munhall, PA 15120. Flowers can be ordered through Lea’s Floral Shop (412) 824-2388.
