Joan (Bacho) Vigna, 84, of Munhall, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 11, 2022.
Born July 31, 1937, in Munhall, she was the daughter of the late John and Anne (Kostrub) Bacho.
Joan was a 1955 graduate of Munhall High School, where she met her late husband, and high school sweetheart, Ronald F. Vigna, whom she married on September 29, 1956.

Known for being a patient listener, she was always available to give words of encouragement. The simplest pleasures in life brought Joan great joy. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, traveling to the Caribbean with her family, and was a skilled painter and creative with arts and crafts.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, George Bacho.
Surviving are a daughter, Bonnie Vigna; two sons and daughters-in-law, Gary (Carol) Vigna, and Thomas (Nichole) Vigna; eight grandchildren, who affectionately called her “Gramma,” Darren, Taylor, Brianne, Jason, Matthew, Katelyn, Rachel, and Justin; and three great-grandchildren, Owen, Ellie, and Kai.
