Mom, you lived such a beautiful life. Your love for country music, singing, playing the guitar. Your love of animals and appreciation of any and all living creatures. Your acceptance of everyone. The love you had for your family and for God. Your cooking (stuffed cabbages, hunky food, pumpkin soup & pies - strawberry rhubarb my favorite). You were such a small little woman in body but certainly not in mind. So powerful in your beliefs. A little firecracker. From your red hair and freckles to your blatant honesty. I could literally go on and on about you. I will forever cherish my memories of you and I'm forever grateful that my children got to spend time with you. I have comfort in knowing you rest in eternal paradise with God because of your extremely strong faith. I'll love you forever and hope and pray to make you proud. Even though you've never ever judged me. I love you so much Mom, and every time I see a hummingbird I'll know you sent it to remind me of you. Rest Easy Sweet Mom.

Lauretta will be fondly remembered by her wonderful caretakers who we deeply thank for all their love and special care for her.
