Margaret L. Poland, of Lincoln Place, passed away peacefully on March 24, 2023, at the age of 72. Daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret Poland. Beloved wife of the late Robert J. Bane; loving mother of Amy (Richard) Bofo, Bobbi Jo (Dan) Dasynich, Ginger Bane, Sean Bane and the late James Bane; loving grandmother of Justin Korbelic, Sarah Bane, Sean Bane Jr., Dylan Bofo, Eli Bofo, and Josiah Bane. Also survived by Susan Gamble as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins, her Cat Lucky and many more fur babies. Margaret is predeceased by her siblings James Poland, Joseph Poland and Alma Schwartz.

Margaret was a loving caregiver with a kind heart. As well as being an amazing cook, she was a talented artist, enjoying various arts and crafts. She loved Picnics and feeding the ducks in South Park, Playing Bingo with her friends (Helen and Sharon), and playing Pokémon Go with her grandchildren. Her love and kindness will be missed by many.

Friends received Savolskis-Wasik-Glenn Funeral Home Inc. 3501 Main St. Munhall, PA 15120, on Wednesday March 29th, from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 30th, 10:00 AM at Lincoln Place Presbyterian Church, 1202 Muldowney Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15207. A Celebration of Life will be held in the Lincoln Place Presbyterian Church Hall, located underneath the church, immediately following the services
