Margaret A. "Peg" (Veslany) Stone

Margaret A. “Peg” Stone, 83, of West Mifflin, passed away on May 26, 2022. She was the beloved wife of 58 years to the late James C. “Jim” Stone; and loving mother to the late James W. “Jimmy” Stone. She is survived by her daughter, Pam; granddaughter, Madison; and sister, Lorraine Veslany.

Peg deeply treasured the love, laughter, and lifetime of memories she shared with her “Club” family. She also enjoyed her lunches and gatherings with her Kmart girls. She will also be deeply missed by cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Friends and family will be received on Tuesday,  May 31, from 2 - 8 pm at the Savolskis-Wasik-Glenn Funeral Home, 3501 Main Street, Munhall, PA 15120. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, 10 AM, at the Resurrection Church of the St. Thomas the Apostle Parish, West Mifflin.

"Mom, our hearts are broken and we are lost. But you are whole again and back in the arms of Dad and Jimmy. You are our Hero… the rock that got us through our life’s worst times. Continue to guide us with your unwavering strength and love as we try to move on. Your suffering is over, now rest in peace and we’ll see you at the seashore…XOXO."
