Martin D. Conners

Martin Dennis Conners, 74 years of age, of Munhall, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully on September 16, 2022. He was born July 8, 1948 to the late Matthew Martin Conners and Mary (Hreha) Conners. He had been a lifelong resident of Munhall.

Martin was a member of Holy Angels Church of Blessed Trinity Parish in Hays, PA. He worked for J&L Steel Southside Works and The Community College of Allegheny County from which he retired. He was a proud graduate of Munhall High School, class of 1966.

Martin is survived by his two sons, Patrick and Zachary; grandson Patrick (Cheyenne) Conners of Pittsburgh; sister and brother-in-law, Rosemary (Conners) and Thomas Orr of Greensburg; nieces Hilary (Mark) Solack of Florida, Alison (Patrick) Tobin of Gibsonia, Jennifer (Steven) Bushee of Cranberry Township; nephew  Jason (Cassandra) Orr of Hoboken, NJ.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Catherine McDermott Conners, and his two sisters, Beverly Cicchitto of Tempe, Arizona and Carol Sabol of Munhall, and Patricia Seybert.

Martin was blessed with wonderful and caring friends; Al Pastor, Donald Kornish, Rich Konish, Michael and Christine Spisak, and Ruby Loving.

Martin will have a private memorial.
