Mary Catherine (Phillip) Krajnak

Mary Catherine Krajnak, of Butler, formerly of Hazelwood, passed away peacefully at home while surrounded by her family on July 30, 2025, at the age of 104.

She was the beloved wife of the late George Krajnak; loving mother of Katherine E. (Robert) Seaver; daughter of the late Michael and Elizabeth (Shimko) Filip; and sister of Michael Phillip, and the late John Phillip, Elizabeth Gmys, and Anna Parada; also survived by generations of nieces and nephews.

Mary enjoyed playing Kanasta, crocheting wedding handkerchiefs, reading, and catering parties for family and friends with her sister, Betty.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, August 5, 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the SAVOLSKIS-WASIK-GLENN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3501 Main Street, Munhall, PA 15120. A Blessing Service will be held on Wednesday, August 6, 11 AM, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Pittsburgh.
