Michael N. "Jukie" Boytim passed away on February 13, 2025, at the age of 92. He was a lifelong resident of Munhall, PA. Michael was a devoted husband to Dolores "Dee" (Danko) Boytim, married for 68 years; loving father to Dr. Michael John Boytim of Palm Springs, CA; son of the late Michael and Mary (Rudick) Boytim; and brother of Donald and Patricia Boytim, Suzan (Larry) Koczka, and the late Eugene (Mary Ann) and Francis (Mildred) Boytim.
Michael was a proud veteran of the US Army serving in the Korean War. He was employed at US Steel Homestead Works in the Power and Fuel Division for 36 years. After retirement, he volunteered for the Rivers of Steel Heritage Foundation. He was an avid golfer succeeding with two holes in one (#18 and #15) at the South Park Golf Course. Michael was a talented artist painting in various styles with elaborate creations for family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him for his kindness and love.
Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, February 18, 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the SAVOLSKIS-WASIK-GLENN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3501 Main Street, Munhall, PA 15120. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 10 AM, at the St. Therese of Lisieux Church of the St. Thomas the Apostle Parish, Munhall. Private interment at St. Elias Byzantine Catholic Cemetery, West Mifflin. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to www.riversofsteel.com/support
