Michael J. Hrizo

Michael J. Hrizo, of West Mifflin, passed away on January 12, 2022, at the age of 74.

He was the beloved husband of 51 years of Diana (Butko) Hrizo; father of Christopher Michael (Erin) Hrizo; loving Pappy of Tyler and Jacob Hrizo; son of the late John L. and Marie (Krivijanski) Hrizo; brother of the late Elizabeth Ann (the late Joseph)Winslow; uncle of Joseph Michael (Anne Marie) Winslow and Daniel John (Angela) Winslow; also survived by great-nieces and nephews, and cousins. Michael was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt, fish, and garden, but he most enjoyed spending time with his family. He spent his 35 year career with the West Mifflin Area School District.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, January 14, 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the SAVOLSKIS-WASIK-GLENN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3501 Main Street, Munhall, PA 15120. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 15, 10:30 AM, at the funeral home. Inurnment will take place at a later date at St. Mary Magdalene Cemetery, Munhall.
