Ronald T. Awenowicz

Ronald T. Awenowicz, of West Mifflin, passed away suddenly on July 18, 2021, at the age of 81. He was the beloved husband of 55 years of Ann (Ward) Awenowicz; loving father of Ronald (Jen) and Patrick (Karen) Awenowicz; treasured grandfather of Jake and Ashlyn Awenowicz, and Michael, Charlie, and Luke Awenowicz; brother of Ken (Diane) Awenowicz, and the late Charles "Bob" Awenowicz and Dolores Vukovich. Ronald was an avid hunter and outdoorsman, lifelong Steelers fan, and was a proud US Navy Veteran who served during Vietnam. He spent his 40-year career working at Bill McCracken Oldsmobile and Baierl Chevrolet. Private services have been entrusted to the SAVOLSKIS-WASIK-GLENN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3501 Main Street, Munhall, PA 15120. Interment at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ronald's name to Disabled American Veterans (www.dav.org).
