Stephen G. Kish

Stephen G. Kish, formerly of Munhall, passed peacefully surrounded by his loving family on May 06, 2022, at the age of 93. He was the beloved husband of the late Margaret M. (Chvasta) Kish; father of Marjorie (Andrew IV) Glaid, Joyce (Andy) Kish, Stephen (Tyler) Kish, Judith (Jim) Farmakis, Robert (Maria) Kish, and David Kish; grandfather of Julia (John) Hill, Jonathan (McKensie) Kish, Daniel (Meaghan) Kish, Joshua (Julianna) Kish, Patrick (Morgan) Kish, Michelle Glaid, Dr. Christopher (Jomara) Farmakis, Andrew Glaid V, Helen Kish, and Theresa Kish; and great-grandfather of 11 beautiful girls.

Stephen proudly served in the US Army and was a member of the Catholic War Veterans Post 1423 of Munhall. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Byzantine Cathedral, and was a part of their Cameo Club. He enjoyed bowling with the Tri-Valley Seniors, was an avid hobbyist, and found great pleasure in woodworking, cake decorating, and photography. He was most proud of obtaining his pilot's license.

Family and friends will be received on Sunday, May 8, 3-7 PM at the SAVOLSKIS-WASIK-GLENN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3501 Main Street, Munhall, PA 15120, where a Panachida Service will be held at 6:45 PM. A Funeral Liturgy will be held on Monday, May 9, 9:30 AM, at St. John the Baptist Byzantine Cathedral, Munhall. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH.
