Theresa D. "Honey" (Ditillo) Florian

Theresa D. "Honey" Florian, of West Mifflin, lost her valiant battle against leukemia on July 27, 2023, at the age of 75.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 54 wonderful years, Bernard Florian; sons, David (Rachelle) and Jason (Lisa) Florian; grandchildren, Hallie, Nick, Nate, Alexa, and Danica; and siblings, Phyllis (Grant) Newmyer, Kathy (Mike) Mihalski, Pam (Terry) Fetterman, and Mike (Colleen) Ditillo; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends. She was welcomed into her eternal home by her parents, Michael and Helen (Saus) Ditillo.

Honey was a seamstress by trade, and retired from the former Canadian Fur Company. She was very active within the First Evangelical Free Church of McKeesport, where she served as a Deaconess. Her faith was so, so strong. She fiercely loved her family; they were the center of her life on Earth. Her pride in her grandchildren, sons, and daughters-in-law was immense. She most treasured her sleepovers every Tuesday with the girls, and she was always in the stands cheering her boys on. All those who knew "Honey" loved her, and she will be missed dearly.

Family and friends will be received on Sunday, July 30, 2-4 & 6-8 PM, at the SAVOLSKIS-WASIK-GLENN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3501 Main Street, Munhall, PA 15120. A Funeral Service, led by Pastor Kirk Albrecht, will be held on Monday, July 31, 10 AM, at the First Evangelical Free Church of McKeesport. Condolences may be left at www.swgfuneralhome.com.
