Thomas Neer, Jr., of Lincoln Place, passed away at home on Thursday, July 4, 2024 at the age of 61. Beloved husband of 39 years of Christina (Novak) Neer. Father of Andrea (Charles) Linn and Gina Consaul. Brother of Donna (Andy) Patterson and the late Linda Greenbaum.
