William “Bill” Boldizar, of West Mifflin, passed away on October 7, 2023 at the age of 92. Bill is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Gloria (Bednar) Boldizar; Son of the late William and Mary (Ferko) Boldizar; Father of Donna, Carol, and Mary-Kay; Father-in-law to David and Nick; Grandfather of Amy (Andrew), and Julie, and great-grandfather of Evelyn and Ellie; Brother of Agnes Free, Irene Volkar, and the late Robert Boldizar. Bill will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Bill retired from US Steel Homestead Works, Forge Division and served as a Sergeant in the US Army during the Korean War as a medic.

The family would like to thank Gallagher Hospice Care for the excellent care they gave to Bill.

Friends and family to be received at the SAVOLSKIS-WASIK-GLENN FUNERAL HOME INC., 3501 Main Street, Munhall, PA 15120, on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, from 1 – 3 PM and at 6 – 8 PM. There will be a funeral mass held the following day on Thursday, October 12, 2023, 10 AM at St. Agnes Church, West Mifflin of St. Thomas the Apostle Parish.
