Agnes (Pavucsko) Onofrey

Agnes Onofrey, of Homestead, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on April 2, 2021, at the age of 97. She is survived by her children, Regis J. Onofrey and Joanne (William) McArdle; grandchildren, Kathryn (Robert) Guynn, Kelly (John) Ashoff, and William (Betsy) McArdle; great-grandchildren, Morgan, Macy, Caroline, Drew, Ben, Quinn, and Beckett; and siblings, Mary Ann Sciomacco, Geraldine Wilson, and Francis Pavucsko. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was welcomed home by her husband, John A. Onofrey; parents, Joseph and Anna (Ferencz) Pavucsko; and 6 siblings. Family and friends will be received on Monday, April 5, 2021, 6-8 PM at the SAVOLSKIS-WASIK-GLENN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3501 Main Street, Munhall, PA 15120, where a Bright Week Panachida Service will be held at 8 PM. A Funeral Divine Liturgy will be held on Tuesday, April 6, 10 AM, at St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Cathedral, Munhall. Everyone please meet at the cathedral.
