Frances Ann (Ducar) Fischer

Frances Ann Fischer (Ducar) Of West Homestead, on April 5, 2024, age 95. Daughter of the late John and Anna (Billi) Ducar; beloved wife of 62 years to the late Stephen G Fischer; Loving mother of Stephen G. (Sheila) Fischer and Cheryl Fischer; Loving grandmother of Matthew (Ali) Fischer and C. Amanda (Ryan) Amato and step-grandmother to Jeremy, Erin, Jesse and Abby; Great-grandmother of Lucy and Arthur Fischer and Eliana Amato; Sister of Bernie (late Janet) Ducar, Martha (Tom) Mcaloon, Dolly (Don) Rohac and preceded in death by Michael, Anna, John, Leonard and Joseph Ducar and Mary Bobick. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Frances was a longtime football fan who loved watching the Steelers and Notre Dame and enjoyed spending time at the casino.

Friends received Savolskis-Wasik-Glenn Funeral Home Inc. 3501 Main St. Munhall, PA, on Thursday, April 11 from 2 - 8 p.m. where a Panachida service will be held at 4 p.m. A Funeral Liturgy will be held on Friday, April 12 at 10 a.m. at St. Elias Byzantine Catholic Church in Munhall.
