Robert C. Finnigan

Robert C. Finnigan, of Homestead, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on April 17, 2024, at the age of 80.

He was the beloved husband of 55 years of Christine (Pitulski) Finnigan; son of the late John and Anna (Zipfel) Finnigan; loving brother of Bernard "Bernie" (Roberta) Finnigan; son-in-law of the late Henry and Regina Pitulski; and brother-in-law of Carol Pitulski, John (Lori) Pitulski, and the late Gloria (the late Richard) Krawczyk, Robert (Janet survives) Pitulski, and Deborah Pitulski. He is also survived by generations of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Bob proudly served in the US Marines during the Vietnam Era.

Per his wishes, there will be no visitation. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, April 27, 10 AM, at the St. Adalbert Church of the Mary, Queen of Peace Parish, 160 S. 15th Street, Pittsburgh PA 15203. Please meet at Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung and Heart Associations. Bob will be laid to rest with his brothers and sisters in arms at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, at a later date.
