Karen (Mueller) Kranick Havrilla

Karen Kranick Havrilla, of West Mifflin, passed away on December 31, 2021, at the age of 56. She was the daughter of Richard and Judith (Corley) Mueller; beloved wife of 22 years of James Havrilla; mother of Nicole (James) Mickey and Amanda (fiancé, Dennis Heflin) Kranick; loving MeMaw of Eli, Andie and Wyatt Mickey and Baby Heflin, soon to arrive; sister of Mark Mueller and children and Kathy Wallace and children; also survived by her faithful companions, Suzy and Meeka.

Karen loved all animals, especially her soulmate, Dusty Rose, her service dog. She enjoyed hunting and fishing, and was a devoted volunteer for the Humane Society and Women's Shelters.  She was also very involved in all aspects of dog training.   

Friends received Tuesday, January 11 from 2 - 7 PM at the Savolskis-Wasik-Glenn Funeral Home, Inc., 3501 Main St., Munhall, PA, where a Funeral service will follow at 7 PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Humane Society, National Alliance of Mental Illness, the Women's Center and Shelter of Pittsburgh, or to a charity of your choice. Condolences may be left at www.swgfuneralhome.com.
