Louis Turka

Of Lincoln Place, on November 28, 2020, age 90.  Son of the late John and Rosallia Turka; beloved husband of Dorothy (Taylor) (Sullivan) Turka and the late Audrey (Gabel) Turka; father of John (Mary Anne) Turka of Sarasota, FL, Thomas (Andrea) Turka of Natrona Heights, Linda (Philip) Masullo of Brookline, Janet (Bill) Veon of Fairfax, VA and Alan (Stephanie) Turka of Pittsburgh; brother of the late Joseph, Mary and Violet; loving Pap of 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.  Louis was a Veteran of the Army serving during the Korean Conflict.  He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golfing.  Family and friends will be received at the SAVOLSKIS-WASIK-GLENN FUNERAL HOME INC., 3501 Main Street, Munhall on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM.  A Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, 9:30 AM at St. Therese Church, St. Thomas the Apostle Parish.  Interment to follow at Mount Hope Cemetery, Penn Hills.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
