Nancy Anne (Luptak) Woods

Of Munhall, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on March 15, 2018, age 67.  Daughter of the late Raymond and Dorothy Luptak.  She was the beloved wife of 48 years of Charles Richard Woods; loving mother of Michael (Elizabeth) Woods and the late Joseph Woods; sister of Donna (Kevin) Ondo and Kenneth (Debra) Luptak; proud, adoring and devoted Nana to Katherine Maisie Woods; also survived by numerous brother and sister in laws, nieces and nephews.  Nancy was a Veteran of the Army serving during the Vietnam War.  She was an OR nurse for Shadyside Hospital and finished her career at Allegheny County Dept. of Aging.  Maisie loved her Nana and Nancy loved her granddaughter more than anything.  Family and friends will be received at the SAVOLSKIS-WASIK-GLENN FUNERAL HOME INC., 3501 Main Street, Munhall on Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 PM.  A Funeral Mass will be Wednesday, 10 AM at St. Therese Church, Munhall.  Interment at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies with full military honors.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Nancy’s memory to the Wounded Warrior Project.
