Virginia Okulanis Obituary

Virginia F. Okulanis, of Munhall, passed peacefully on January 5, 2021, at the age of 100. She is survived by her children, Sharon (John) Carfang and Richard Okulanis; as well as generations of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Pauline (Pappa) Matusek; and siblings, Stanley Matusek, Dominic Matusek, George Matusek, Eleanor Matusek, Marie Kral, Helen Marushin, and Theresa Verchio. Virginia enjoyed Pittsburgh sports, and often watched the Pirates and Steelers on game days. She also enjoyed trips to the casino with her family and friends. Private services entrusted to the SAVOLSKIS-WASIK-GLENN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3501 Main Street, Munhall, PA 15120. Entombment at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Pittsburgh.
