To the Rousher family,
Bernie and I served together in Berlin with the Army Security Agency during the years 1970-72. He was always a professional in his job and a credit to those of us who worked with him. My wife and I visited him last May and enjoyed a good time and a trip down memory lane.
We join all the rest of the men who served with him and knew him in expressing our sympathies. Hand Salute to you, Bernie.
