My sweet sister, Hilda helped me through a sad time in both our lives when our wonderful Daddy passed away - I was a child, she was in her twenties. She kept me occupied, taught me to have fun. Helped me acquire my first library card, and fostered my love for reading. Under five feet tall, I called her my little big sister; she said I was her big little sister. She had a kind nature, refusing to see the worst in anyone. Her cheery attitude, and good humor were a blessing to me. Hilda's deep love of The Lord was evident in her daily life. Surely, she is dancing for Jesus, her little feet balanced on top of Daddy's shoes. We pray good memories carry her children, and their families through this time of loss. May God bring each of you peace.

To the Kanczes Family--
You already know this, but Hilda was strong, devoted, and caring--and a really fun person to talk to! There was so much to admire about her. I've truly enjoyed knowing her all these years, and will miss her.

Aunt Hilda was truly a sweet, loving person who was always so welcoming. I'm certain that she touched the lives of many people, as she did us.
