John D. "Jack" Polischak

Of Munhall, on January 18, 2016, age 84.  Brother of the late Edward (wife Lucille survives) Polischak; uncle of Mark, David and Jeffrey; great uncle of Noah, Lily, Emma and Aidan.  John was a Veteran of the Navy serving during the Korean Conflict.  Family and friends will be received at the SAVOLSKIS-WASIK-GLENN FUNERAL HOME INC., 3501 Main Street, Munhall on Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 PM.  A Funeral Mass will be Thursday, 10 AM at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, Homestead.
